The Lead
Presenter and originator of many of the NuWei programmes, Nicola
Williams has spent her working life developing and running training and
personal motivation courses for a wide spectrum of business people including
sales engineers, lawyers and small businesses. She trained with the Dale
Carnegie Organisation in the 1980s and has attended numerous self improvement
courses where the realisation of self has been paramount to improving
self esteem and sustained confidence.
She is a
57 year old divorcée and has two children whom she shares
with her former partner. In her busy working life as an employee, she
rose to senior management with a company in the Shepherd Building Group
where she took a business group from £100k turnover to £2.5m
in 7 years. In 1993 she set up her own business, Safemark, and in 1995
won the North Yorkshire Small Business of the Year Award. She has undertaken
business consultancy work for small businesses, run an engineering steel
fabrication business and sold and installed IT software and hardware.
Her speaking engagements in the past have included such diverse subjects
as Entrepreneurship, Small Business Management, Computer Security and
Health & Safety of Hazardous Materials.
In 1995,
she also began to build a now well known Yorkshire Family Law firm from
scratch for her then partner, this business now having 4 offices and a
turnover in excess of £1m. She did all of this whilst also bringing
up two young children and coping with severe Gender Dysphoria.
In 2002,
she tackled the immense personal challenge of changing her gender at the
ripe old age of 48 and did it with the same precision on which she built
the earlier part of her life. She had SRS and Facial Surgery in 2003 and
2004 respectively and is widely read on all matters pertaining to GD and
transexualism. She moderates a number of dedicated sites to support transsexual
women and parenting and is well regarded as a trusted Life Coach.
She brings
a fresh approach to helping you to work out where you need to be, and
how you might get there, not alone, but towards your future, together.
