Our Life Coaching is no substitution for psychiatric assessment and in-depth counselling but is an excellent complementary opportunity to discuss everyday issues with someone who has faced similar challenges to you and come through it all with heightened confidence.

Rates are discussed relevant to your own circumstances based upon a per-hour fee structure but as blocks of time which can be taken either as face-to-face, phone or Messenger interaction.

Payment is via PayPal in advance of booked appointments.
